Society logo t-shirt guaranteed to make you look like a movie star and a membership card of your very own to thicken your
wallet or purse and make everyone think you're a millionaire.A The membership card will also
get you $2 off cover at The Oasis Club ("the home of live Blues in West Texas") every time you show up there throughout the year.
And, if you sign up before Sept. 1, 2005, you get the extra special distinction of being a Charter Member! Now, if
that don't give ya goose bumps all over, I don't know what would!!

2. fill it out in ink (and please print neatly ... our membership chairman has a hard enough time reading with

3. slap it in an envelope with your check or money order (if you're not paying by credit card) and mail it to
the address listed on the form
